Women's Hormones & Longevity Spa Retreat in Topanga
There’s a moment many women reach where the old ways stop working.
The stress feels heavier. Sleep changes. Energy shifts. Emotions become louder. The body asks for something different.
And yet so many women navigate perimenopause quietly — overwhelmed, dismissed, or disconnected from themselves.
Join us for an intimate afternoon designed to change that.
Together, we’ll explore:
• What’s actually happening hormonally during perimenopause
• Why stress and nervous system dysregulation amplify symptoms
• How to support energy, sleep, mood, metabolism, and emotional resilience
• Gentle practices to reconnect with your body instead of fighting it
The afternoon includes:
• An educational workshop about perimenopause and navigating hormones in mid life by functional medicine physician and longevity expert Dr. Jaclyn Tolentino
• Interactive reflection and connection exercises
• Nervous system support tools you can use immediately
• A restorative breathwork and sound meditation experience on the outdoor deck under the trees guided by Christina Wakefield
• Nourishing seasonal food and herbal beverages
• Space for meaningful conversation with other women
