Treetops is a private residence that was intentionally created to be an oasis for rejuvenation, connection, and healing. This magical treehouse-inspired property offers a unique space to host intimate day retreats or to enjoy a private getaway for rest, romance, or creative pursuits.

The Location

Tucked between the mountains and the sea, Topanga Canyon is just 30 minutes from Los Angeles—yet it feels a world away. The raw beauty and soulful energy of the canyon have long drawn artists and healers here, including legends like Fleetwood Mac, Neil Young, Tom Petty, and The Doors—each finding inspiration in its untamed spirit. Treetops Retreat is only 8 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the heart of town—close to it all, yet a private, hidden oasis in the trees.

Staying in the Nest at Treetops is an absolutely unique and amazing experience. First of all, it must be the most luxurious yurt in California. And words can not describe the natural setting which reminds of Big Sur or Lake Tahoe. There is also a large infinity view cedar hot tub which also must be the best hot tub in California (right up there with the infinity hot tub at Post Ranch Inn), along with a beautiful sauna, outdoor shower, etc. You won't be disappointed.
