᯽ Tea Ceremony and Herb Education: Our spa day will begin with a calming tea ceremony that grounds you in the present moment. You will learn about the healing benefits of the selected herb of the month.
᯽ Sound Meditation: Following the spa, we will enjoy a sound bath on the large outdoor deck under the canopy of the tree, allowing the harmonic frequencies to further relax your nervous system and restore balance.
